Hardin County Job & Family Services is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals to join our Child Welfare team. As a Caseworker, you will advocate for children and families, assess safety and service needs, coordinate support services, and work closely with community partners to ensure every child in our community can thrive. This role requires empathy, resilience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to serving our community with dignity and respect.


Full-time | Onsite | Comprehensive Training Provided
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related human services field preferred; AA degree in social/human services field required.
